To arrange for repair or replacement of your R110 valve through Robertshaw Controls Company, please call our recall hotline at 800-232-9389 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Please have the date code of the valve and serial number of your water heater ready when you contact Robertshaw.

If your water heater's model and serial numbers are included in the list of potentially affected numbers AND the date code of your water heater's gas valve is 0531, 0532 or 0533, immediately turn off the gas supply to your water heater at the manual shutoff on the supply pipe to the water heater and contact Robertshaw at 800-232-9389. If you are not sure whether you have a valve that is being recalled, please go to What Water Heaters are Involved.

Safety Precautions: As with any gas appliance, if you smell gas near your water heater or in the building, immediately leave the area and call your gas company or a certified gas technician to investigate the cause.
